Read on to learn how we work with our clients from initial meeting, through crafting your product using a combination of traditional and modern techniques to getting the perfect finished product installed in your home.
Initial Consultation
We will have an initial meeting at a place convenient for you (usually the clients' home) where we'll discuss your project at length so that we can get as much information as possible to help us to move onto the next stage.....
Next Steps
We will then provide you with a detailed quotation containing all the relevant information for you to be able to decide if you wish to proceed and inform you of our lead-time. If you choose us to work with, we would provide you with a drawing and specification for your signed approval and would then require a deposit for work to begin.....
The Journey
We will keep you updated throughout the creation of your project. We would contact you to discuss any relevant matters and keep you updated with progress reports. We can provide you with photographs of your project if requested.....
Final Finishes
This stage sees the finish being applied as per the agreed design specification. Then on receipt of final payment, your finished piece will be delivered and if necessary, installed.
